- Situational Strong in the right phase or with the right stat floor.

Notes on tiers
Boss/Mob tiers reflect GMS v247 state on the snapshot date. Tiers are a coarse guide — execution and gear floor matter more than the letter once you're past Pitched gear gates. Class balance changes with every major patch; we re-rate after each Class Reform.
